NOTE: Effective April 1, 2009, an additional 10% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card payments.

We are pleased to announce that we have received full accreditation from EPA to teach the Lead Safety During Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP LSWP) classes Nationwide. The EPA requirement for contractors to receive training and to become licensed/certified becomes effective on April 22, 2010 (earlier in some states, such as Kansas).

Baker Environmental Consulting, Inc. (BEC) also offers Lead Hazard Awareness courses for those employers who desire lead hazard information training, so they might be able to demonstrate efforts to comply with portions of the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard and/or the OSHA Lead Exposure in Construction Industry Standard. Contact us for more information.

We also offer HUD Approved Training Curriculum courses for the HUD mandated Lead-Safe Work Practices in an effort to help Contractors, State Agencies, Community Development Corporations, Faith-Based Organizations, PHA's, IHA's, City Agencies, County Agencies, and employers to comply with new EPA, HUD, and/or state regulations. The following courses will help to assist in your federal and/or state compliance efforts:

NOTE: At the sole discretion of BEC, for any reason whatsoever, course locations and fees are subject to change without prior notice. Course fee discounts can be provided to organizations who provide six (6) or more course attendees, as well as for those who allow the use of their facilities for classroom and/or hands-on training. Additional course fee discounts can also be negotiated and provided on a case-by-case basis. For a variety of reasons as deemed necessary by BEC, course fees may also on occasion increase. Any changes to the above shown fees or location, for any courses, will be reflected on the Training Agreement that you receive.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole descretion and for any reason we feel is pertinent.

* PLEASE NOTE: Depending upon a variety of factors such as, but not limited to; training course enrollment numbers, travel to and from training locations, meal expenses, lodging expenses, etc., courses are subject to cancellation and/or fee increases. If you are interested in particular course dates and locations, please call to verify the above information as soon as possible. All courses need a minimum number of attendees in order for those courses to be held. Early registration will ensure that our attendance space is reserved, as well as count towards the minimum number of course participants needed.
